As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Oy - Work Related
As you all know I'm miserable at my job. Hoping to get an offer from either of two places in the next two weeks and hoping even more to give my 2 weeks when I get back from the wedding....
A fellow co-worker gave her two weeks today, after a pretty bad week last week. She was asked to leave immediately. This is a HORRIBLE decision by the bosses for numerous reasons... Next to me she has been here the longest and knows my job as well and usually covered for me when I was out. We have hired a new person, but she's been here less than a month and knows next to nothing... so now there will be major issues i'm sure while I am gone.
Which now I have to cram even more stuff into 2 days to show this girl now that my co-worker isn't here. AND... i'm dreading being gone for 12 days and pretty much at the point that if I get a single bad phone call while i'm away i'm quitting on the spot.
This place sucks.

you have been dealing with enough crap from these ppl for too long. Screw them. If they are to stupid to retain good employees, then they deserve what happens in their office.

Ladies, you have no idea how good it felt to hear you say that. Hearing it makes me think... HE** NO...i'm not answering, they can deal. I held up my end of the deal, they dug the hole, i'm not getting pushed into it.

I be the fifth (or 6th or 7th) to say THIS! DO NOT answer the phone! It is your wedding - this is not a regular, hey, I'm going on vacation trip - it is your WEDDING and HONEYMOON!!! I was just gone for two weeks - had to check my email a couple of times becuase I was waiting to hear back from a couple of people on some things that had to be filed/served while I was gone, but it was okay, got that email on the date, okay, emailed co-worker/secretary to actually do what needed to be done. Your work sucks and they need to respect your personal time - esp. since it's your freaking wedding. Sorry, this whole thing just totally pisses me off for you!!
