Forseeing our application is approved, idk why it wouldn't be, we found a great little townhouse in Cary to rent for the next year.
It's about $100 more than we pay now, but it's on a really quiet dead end road, close to Crossroads area. It's super convienent to I40, and to our church. It's 2 floors, and the downstairs is laminate...yea no more carpet! The guy is being super nice and working with us because we still have another month here and we didn't want to have to pay the pet deposit, plus security deposit, plus rent there, and also rent on our old place all at the same time so he is spreading it out for us.
I'm so excited to get out of this crappy apartment...now lets just pray they don't say anything about the stains on our carpet here, because this carpet sucks and nothing comes out of it no matter what you clean it with.

Have you tried renting a stream cleaner for the existing carpets? We had to to do this when I moved out of a rental once, I was surprised how much better the carpets looked afterward.

We rented a steam cleaner from Lowes and I think after we bought the liquid cleaners to go with it it around $50-60? We have a spot bot you can borrow if you're interested but it's only good for small spots.
I really do not remember, but I do not think it was too much. We got it at a local grocery store I believe.
