Happy mother's day to all mommies and mommies-to-be! I had a nice day - everyone wished me happy mother's day (and I even got a few cards and gifts!) except DH ....who didn't realize I already considered myself a mother! Well, I've only been carrying our DAUGHTER around in my WOMB for six months but whatever....
Boo on him!!! Someone won't be getting wished a happy father's day this year, that's for sure!
LOL at your DH Danielle. Guys don't take those things (birthdays, father's day) too seriously. I did not wish any pregnant friends Happy Mother's Day! I didn't even think about it but you make a good case! And are you 6 months already???? Time flies!!

We had a really nice day too- browsed teh Brooklyn Flea and ordered a yummy take out lunch for while B. napped. We did brunch the day before so that we could avoid the crowds.
Funny- last year I didn't want anyone to wish me happy mothers day. I'm not sure why, guess I lean towards the superstitious (lots of Jewish superstitions surround being pregnant).
