We have radish seedlings!
Our first attempt at growing from direct-sown seeds!
I was out in the garden pulling up some nascent weeds and checking the plants and saw that our radishes had popped up - itty bitty seedlings in a neat little row.
No sign on the peas, carrots, spinach or chard yet. Hopefully they'll appear in the next week.
Re: We have radish seedlings!
Which zone are you? I'm in WA and started radishes about a month ago, along with carrots and beets and spinach. Radishes are almost ready to pull. I actually planted about 5 rows, week apart for continuous harvest.
This is my first year of having any luck with radishes, carrots and spinach. They came up last year, but got eaten by the cabbage bug/fly. I had them covered up with row covers to prevent it this year.
This is gonna be a good year!
