I'm so glad it's Wednesday. I really shouldn't be this excited, but I'm DONE with cupcakes. 
Greg made me promise not to do anything in the kitchen tomorrow, so I have a day or two off (I promised to make FIL a cheesecake in exchange for a JDRF donation. LOL)
I'm uploading a few pictures of the cupcakes I did... so happy with how they turned out, but really ready for a night where I go to bed normal time. LOL Overall, I'd make them again in a heartbeat because the finished product turned out awesome, IMO.

I'm glad it's Wednesday, I would be even more glad if it was Friday! I got to meet my new nephew last night, he is so tiny and cute!
They are very pretty. If I was at the bakesale I'd buy it and then not want to eat it because they are so cute.

I've got some left... you could make it here by the time I get home. I'll even let you take another one back for Mark, too! LOL
I will say the part I'm happy about is the filling seemed to come out alright. It was my first time making a filling and adding it AFTER they were baked. I was a little nervous, but thank goodness my Pampered Chef kit comes with a bismark tip! The butterflies are all nice and pretty, but the TASTE is a definite bonus. Although I think the vanilla taste is significantly stronger this time than last.

I agree I wouldn't want to eat the cupcakes, they are just too pretty. I may be able to get past it and eat it eventually, I mean it is a cupcake and I heart cupcakes.
This is actually the first time anyone's asked me to do anything.
I also don't feel I could do much with it because they're not MY recipes, you know? I find them and make them... that's it. Anyone could do it. But I'd LOVE to.
My friend Aimee wants to own a bakery someday... not because she likes to bake. Because she wants to do the business part. I'll do the baking. LOL We'll be like cakegirls in Chicago!
