We put an offer on the house.
The realtor agreed with me, that the absolute lowest we should offer is 10% below asking, so DH agreed to that.
I guess they're wanting to move on this right away, because we're supposed to have a response by tonight. Eeeek!
Our realtor said after talking to their realtor, I guess this house has been on the market for 30 days, and they've had zero offers. So that's promising. It's interesting though, because on the realtor's info it says it's been on the market for 30 days, but when we found it online it said "listed today" and that was just 7-10 days ago. ???
We'll see.
