Can anyone recommend a home inspector and/or moving co?
We found out yesterday that the sellers accepted our offer (!!!) but we don't just want to automatically go with the inspector our realtor recommends. If anyone has moved recently and has any recommendations, I'd love to hear them!
Also for moving companies...I only used professional movers once in my life, and I wasn't overly thrilled with that company. We're definitely hiring someone this time, we've got too much stuff & the new place has too many stairs to do it ourselves!

I recommend Don Crum with Inspection Plus. (513) 793-3552. Or Rick Parrish (friends of ours used him recently & recommend) (513) 489-3428. Both well priced and lots of experience.
We used Two Men and a Truck and were very happy.
