Could use your T&Ps/vibes
I know your nestie/bumpie vibes and T&Ps work magic so I'm hoping you have some to spare. I got an e-mail this evening saying that my sister's niece-in-law (who we see regularly and is basically another niece to me) is being admitted to the hospital for anorexia. I'm not sure exactly how old she is, but she's around 13. The Drs think her heart and/or heart valves have been damaged and are worried other organs are damaged too. She's looking at 1-5 weeks in the hospital then time in an outpatient facility. Her family has insurance, but it's still going to cost them $700 a day for the outpatient treatment and they don't have that kind of extra money.
I was just telling my mom the other day that I was worried about her b/c we went to a restaurant with them not that long ago and she hardly touched her food. If you all could just keep her in your T&P and send some vibes that her family can find some way to pay for her treatment and not go bankrupt I know they would really appreciate it.

My heart just sank when I read that, it's such a scary disease. The costs of the treatment is ridiculous. Sometimes the places will charge less if they know the family is having to pay some out of pocket, hopefully they could work that out with them. Sending tons and tons of t&p. Hoping for a full recovery for her.

Tons and tons of t&p. I struggled (or some would say still struggle) with the disease for a long time. Your family is in my thoughts.
And the cost of treatment is utterly ridiculous. How can normal people afford to get help!?!
