Gourmet cooking workshop (WendyGR?)
XN's birthday is coming up and I had a flash of an idea today. He really loves fancy cooking - has a lot of fun with it. I *think* someone or multiple people on here (Wendy?) have taken gourmet cooking classes or one-time workshops where you make really fancy stuff, perhaps even with wine pairings (if my fuzzy memory is accurate). I know I'm not being very specific...it's because I can't really remember what the details were. Does anyone know what I'm talking about and can fill me in on some leads?

Someone, I think it was Adrea, mentioned Artisan Cooking School in Grand Haven. They might do something like what you have described. It sounds like a really neat place and I've been meaning to check them out personally.
