The Outfit
Here's what I wore, in all its glory:
I went with the bird necklace and the pink shoes (which I got three compliments on from random strangers - always a plus!). The dress code ranges from jeans and polos to satin cocktail dresses with MUCH more expensive shoes/jewelery than mine. So I fit in with the middle of the pack pretty well.
I'm excited to hear tomorrow if I actually won either of the silent auction items. I had a $40 bid on three handles of Svedka Vodka and a $250 bid on a night at the Hard Rock Hotel, dinner at Maryjanes, and VIP access to 2 of the Hard Rock clubs (total package value = over $400).
