Hey Ladies!
Well, its official - we are moving from Austin to the Triangle area!
So, we have been looking for something cool and modern to live in around the Chapel Hill/Carrboro area and having zero luck. We have a realtor who is helping us - but she specializes in Durham. I really do like her, but I think we need some different help on this.. anyone know a realtor who knows anything about modern homes? I mean modern as in modern architecture, with concrete floors, funky windows, angles, lights and all of that stuff. We're willing to go to Durham if its close to the CH area (he'll be working in RTP, and I'll be going to grad school at UNC eventually). To give you an idea of what we are looking for, here is the place we just sold in Austin:

Hmm.. No, not that one! I've tried about 6 different search engines, including craisglist so far - no luck. I'm sure they do exist, and I'm just looking in the wrong place. :- I definitely had not thought of looking at newspaper ads, so I will try that too! Thanks for that.
I have had random luck with search terms and found style but not location, so I'll probably get creative with keywords and the Realtor site pretty soon.
I love looking at houses. This is a pricey but modern one.
