In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Positve thoughts if you have them
My friend at work is going for his second scan today to see how his cancer responded. He had daily chemo and radiation for 6 weeks. The first scan went as well as can be expected. If this one is a good scan he will have surgery in a few weeks. If it didn't they are really out of options. I am so nervous for him and and his family. He is an amazing person, he has a 9 month old grandson and another coming in October. His family adores him and he is one of the best doctors I have ever met. If people could spare any positive thoughts they would be greatly appreciated. I try not to do this but it may have helped last time

I hope the scan shows that he is eligible for surgery and gets to spend many many more years with his grandbabies.
