ETA: When we got possession of the house, we realized the sellers took a few things with them that were supposed to stay with the house. One of which was a ceiling fan that my husband was in love with and excited about (He's a dork lol). DH called the realtor just to let her know and see if anything could be done. Basically it is our word against theirs and she called and he denied it, but then she told DH to find the one he wanted and e-mail her the link, that she would buy it for us as a house warming gift! We declined because that is not her job, but it was a really nice gesture - one of the many wonderful things she did for us.
Very cool of your realtor, and very crappy of the sellers! Things that are attached to the house should stay in the house

Yeah this guy was a total jerk - he took special electrical outlets from the garage even, but when we called him out about it he said they were never there
And the ceiling fan they replaced with a super old crappy one, like we wouldn't notice.
