Monday Monday...
Morning everyone! I'm back at work. I took most of Friday off (I ended up having to come in for about 2 hours because our current bookkeeper didn't know how to do something and even when I explained it to her on the phone it "wouldn't" work for some reason). My sister graduated college on Saturday. And my MIL came to visit on Sunday to give me my birthday present. Overall a pretty good weekend (especially since it was a four day weekend for me!).

Today is the tax deadline for Non Profit returns. I have two outstanding, just waiting on numbers so i can calculate an extension.
Fun times.
Weekend was good. Met DH's new baby cousin (who lives across the street). She was sleeping so didn't really get to hold her or anything like that. My MIL is going over there today and is bringing David with, I hope he cooperates.
Good morning girls.
I had a good weekend. Saturday I ran errands and had lunch with MH and visited my new nephew again. I also got some cleaning and laundry done. Sunday we went to brunch for my sisters graduation from her masters program. Then I went on a search to try to find a few more decorations for the babies room. I found a clock, I don't love it but it looks cute in the nursery. At night I had dinner and just relaxed with MH which was nice.
I am absolutely dreading this week. My office manager is back, my coworker is on vacation so I have no one to comiserate with. Plus a new girl is starting on Wednesday so I have to train her to cover my maternity leave. My office manager better be here to train her because right now I am running the office by myself (my office manager comes in whenver she feels like it, usually around 2) There is no way I can run the office and train someone by myself. It will be chaos. I am just hoping I will be so busy that the week will fly by.

What a productive weekend we had! Declan's room is unpacked, kitchen unpacked (and all dishes washed), guest room unpacked, laundry room is in working order, our bedroom is almost unpacked, the office is half-way done, eating area is all set up, disposal is installed, grass is cut, front steps have been resealed (they are slate and were starting to chip with no sealant on them), everything but 1 box has been moved from my parents house, the fridge and pantry have been stocked after a Costco and Dominick's run, empty boxes have been collapsed, blinds hung in all rooms except family room (and patio doors/living room which will be curtains), and I got all the laundry done. Don't ask me how we got all that done but I'm so happy we accomplished so much!
It is so nice to be in the new house! The only problem we are having is getting Toby to go up the stairs since they are hardwood and he's afraid of slipping and falling. So he'll go down but then when he's down there he cries at the bottom for someone to carry him up. I'm hoping he'll eventually get over it!
WOW Kristen, that was a lot. You were very motivated to get moved in huh?
Did you have D with you the whole time or was someone helping watching him?
I can't stand clutter and boxes laying around so I was on a mission to get as much done as possible
Plus I had to get my bed put together so I could sleep in it again!
We kept D at my parents house most of the day on Friday, then on Sat my mom and I took turns keeping an eye on him, and yesterday he was very content playing all by himself which was great for me! Of course he's just started giving up his afternoon naps so if he still took those I probably would have gotten a little more done.

We tried that on Sat and then he went up once by himself and slipped at the top and went back to being afraid. I think eventually he'll be fine it's just a nuisance right now having to go down to carry him up.
This is how I am too! When we moved everyone is like you have plenty of time to get it done but I just hate when things aren't organized! I am glad you got so much done, it must be starting to feel like home
