Sandals/Flip Flops Rec Needed

So I need some comfortable sandals to do a lot of walking in. The several pairs that I have suck!

Anyone have any recs of brands you love?

Re: Sandals/Flip Flops Rec Needed

  • I love my rainbows! Especially for the built in arch support they have it definitely helps me out with my bum knee. Old Navy/Jcrew flip flops that I use to wear had no support and my knee would flare up if I wore those for too long.

They're a bit pricey for flip flops but if you order them from their website or go down to their warehouse in San Clemente they are a bit cheaper than buying at Tillys or wherever else they sell them.

  • I just buy the cheapies so I'm no help. I hear rainbows are good, I think I've seen them at Marshall's lately.
  • I love my reef flip flops.  They are very comfy.  I always use them when we are walking a lot.  They make my feet hurt less than my tennis shoes.

I knew there was another flip flop company that I had heard good things about but couldnt remember the name. Thanks Brandi!

  • with both pregnancies if I wasn't at work I was in my reef flip flops. with isabel the men's were more comfortable.
  • My physical therapist (for my knee) recommended reefs and I love them.
  • Thanks girls!

  • I just found these and am super intrigued- I'm trying to get my chiropractor to start carrying them.  They are orthotic sandals- customized especially for you! http://footlevelers.com/products/custom_sandalthotics.php

They are about $57 / pair and you can order them from anybody who is licensed to carry them.  Probably a lot for sandals, but I know my last pair of Colibri sandals were like $50 at a surf shop and they weren't custom orthotic.

Don't worry about tomorrow. After all, today is the tomorrow that you worried about yesterday. Take each day as it comes...one at a time. Midnight Baking Adventures Blog
  • Its all about the Rainbows!! I have had mine for like 7 years and love them. I also know that if you wore them out they would replace them for free, I had a friend that did it. Not sure if they still do. They are a bit expensive but so comfy and worth the money!!!
