You are so freaking talented. I knew this already, but damn, girl!
I am making at least two of your recipes this week. The Sole M (something) and the Cilantro Lime Rice. I also looked for those carmalized onion things I have mde before on your recommendation but couldn't find them on your blog. What do you suggest as sides for the Sole?
And the "about me" stuff you wrote: so so sweet! Eric is a lucky man!

Awww, thanks Elisa! Cooking is like therapy to me, it truly puts me in great spirits. I get inspired by lots of literature, food shows, and the cooking blogs that I stalk.
For the sole meuniere - a classic French dish, that is simple and elegant - you don't need much for the side dishes. I suggest roasted asparagus and baked potatoes or some nice toasty french bread w/a simple salad.
The herb-roasted onions that went so well with the Chicken piccata - that is one of my fave dishes. Yum, it's definitely a crowd pleaser.
You need to try the recent batch of brownies that I just made...omg - the best brownie I've ever had. Also, this chicken enchilada recipe...it's pretty good, and pairs well with the Cilantro lime rice.
Thanks for reading the "about me" section - I owe my love to cooking to Eric. Anytime after a great meal, he says to me "My stomach really loves you, but I love you more." lol
I've been trying to revamp my blog for more cool stuff. I'm working on updating my blog, I have a friend who is working with to make my logo and customized header. More fun widgets and stuff...trying to make it user-friendly and all that wonderful stuff.
