As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

No GTG for the Sharpies :(
so...i was already a little on the fence about the GTG just with my reduced salary and several trips planned...BUT now we are definitely not going.
but its for a good reason, my dearest friend i've known since i was 3 got engaged and is getting married august 14 in jamaica! so since i am traveling to NJ aug 7 and jamaica on august 14, and a bachelorette cruise august 28, we can't swing chicago aug 1. 
i'm disappointed, but hopefully will get to meet you all soon!

no, can you believe it?? to allow me to go part-time, he wants a "moral commitment" from me that I will bust my butt and work overtime when my CW goes on maternity leave. mind you, she isn't even PREGNANT YET!! and as if he ever followed through with anything he "committed" to me. and since who knows when my CW will get pregnant, how could i commit to work OT? but i committed that i would do it in order to get what i want now. we'll see what happens when the time comes, if i'm still even there!
i have 4 weeks left of leave
:( i'm going back part time, i'll work Tuesdays and Wednesdays and half day fridays. it sucks i have to go back at all, but TJ will be laid off by then and he will be stay at home daddy until he finds a job. then we will reassess. but my boss and i haven't talked about $$ yet, of course, so i don't know how that is going to work out
Holy cow that is a lot of traveling but sooooooo fun!!! Im sad that I won't get to see ya in Aug but I will def see you next may! Did she just get engaged and decide on Jamaica in Aug? Where in Jamaica are you guys going?

yes, she got engaged last week and is getting married 3 months later!!
we are going to negril, to Beaches resort. she wanted Sandals, but that has a no kids policy
so i'm getting josie a passport!!
