yippy!!!! it is just a tad under our current asking but still above the minimum we needed to sell for. she also wants to close June 30th which is when we wanted to leave. this is awesome! I think we are going to take it without any counters. yay!!

YEAY! What great news! Congratulations. Was it with the original RE agent that had been sort of lack-luster about your listing? What did you end up changing in your home--I know you had a post awhile back when you were having trouble with traffic. And--I've totally forgotten--where are you moving to?

basically we took new photos and asked she change them on the site. And then we dropped the price of the house a crap ton and threw all the chips on the table and decided to just give it one more go before we packed it up back to MI and continued to pay a mortgage here and rent it out or something. so basically - we are still disappointed with her. but it may be at least kind of working out now.
