I like Astro-Glide. If you are TTC, I'd suggest Pre-Seed, it's sperm friendly.

I've only tried KY warming and Astroglide. I found that KY seemed to get really thick and sticky really quick, and the warming sensation was kind of creepy. Astroglide works a lot better for me - it will eventually get sticky, but not nearly as quick. The squeeze tube Astroglide felt more like the KY, though, as opposed to the clear bottle.
I might try some other recommendations above - I'd love to try something even better.
