Gourmet Dinner Party

So yesterday I had this brilliant idea and now I'm scared sh!tless.  I decided to throw a gourmet dinner party at my house for the ladies in DH and my family.  They all love to cook so I figured we can all make one course of a 7 course meal.

First off, that's a whole lotta food.  Secondly, wtf was I thinking about throwing a dinner party all by myself in my one bedroom apt?  But it's too late because I already sent out an email.

My thought process went something like this...

Me:  ooh I think the girls would enjoy trying each others gourmet dishes.

ME: but if you invite one you're going to have to invite them all. and where will you fit them?

me: I can borrow some tables and set them up in the living room.  I'm sure it'll be okay.

ME: and what if no one wants to come?

me: oh well, more food to go around...and more room.

I don't usually answer myself but Eric was being no help last night.

ETA: BTW, I re-read this and I sound like a nutcase.  Ha!
