I went for my NT scan this morning, and everything looks good! We got to see the baby for 20 minutes or so...and got to see so much (as compared to the earlier u/s). Initially it had its arms and hands up around the head (adorable!), then it did some somersaults and flipped around to a different position. It was really neat to see! All the measurements were fine, so I just need to wait on the blood work results, but all in all the u/s tech said that everything was right on track and looked great. I'm so relieved...now we get to start sharing the news in a few days!
Re: NT scan update (PIP)
Hello Baby V!!!
Glad to hear everything looks great! I'll bet seeing the baby for that long was awesome!!
Keep up the good work, baby!
Veruca, do you think you'll find out the sex?
Definitely! I just don't think I could wait lol...I like to plan too much and want to know what direction to go in. DH says he could wait, but we've both decided to find out. The surprise for everyone will be the name...we're not sharing that with anyone until the baby's born.
Good plan. That way no one can say, "I knew a Gertrude in college and she was a real jerk."
Yay baby!
Have fun announcing your news!
