My grandma passed away :(
I just wanted to update on an earlier post of mine and say a huge Thank You to you ladies for all your thoughts and prayers. Unfortunately my grandma passed away on Saturday, I think the funeral is tomorrow. Sadly, my mom didn't even make it to Russia in time, I was absolutely in tears about it when my dad told me. Just as she was getting on the plane in Frankfurt, my dad told me; so she got off the plane in St. Petersburg to such devastating news, I can't imagine facing that. She seems to be doing ok(ish?) and really trying to be there for her sister who's been taking care of grandma the whole time. My dad and my sister flew there on Saturday as well.
Again, thank you for all the support! My grandma was an awesome mom and grandma (and great-grandma) and she will be missed terribly!
