Family Feud
So I'm heading to Schaumburg, IL (chicago area) this weekend because my parents and aunts and uncle are auditioning to be on Family Feud!! I'm pretty excited. My DH was planning on going, but can't find anyone to work for him
So I guess I'm going to be hanging out with the parents. Has anyone been to Schaumburg? We are staying at a hotel right next to the mall and I hear IKEA is right there too. I've never been to IKEA. We will only be there for a day, so we don't have much time, but if you've been and have recommendations of places to eat, shop, etc. let me know!! TIA!!

I have never been to Ikea - it think it would be a bad thing. LOL. Hope that you enjoy your stay though
The IKEA in Schaumberg is awesome. My H and I spent many weekends there furnishing our first apartment.
You won't be far from a Giordano's Pizza and I would definitely suggest having some Chicago-style stuffed pizza. There is one in Oak Brook Terrace and I think there might be one in Schaumberg, too.
Ikea is definitely a fun experience if you're in any sort of shopping mood.
Sorry, I don't know anything else in Schaumburg though. Good luck to your family!
