I'm Stoked!
I finished my last final this morning, found out I received 100% on my final history paper, and am just over a week away from graduation.
Then... My phone rang. A lady my family's been working with to place my grandma in assisted living was calling to ask if I was still looking for a job. She has a position open that she thinks I would do well with that she hasn't even posted the opening for yet. The facility is about half an hour from the apartment, but closer to Lees Summit where DH and I are planning on moving to within the year. I have a lunch interview with her and her supervisor on Thursday. I am so excited! Nervous, but excited!

TTC on hold until December
Community Relations Director -- which, by the way, scares the crap out of me! That's a hefty title for a 22 year old; it seems kinda surreal. Basically, the position is talking to Dr's offices about the facility, taking potential residents on tours, answering questions about accomodations, and some event planning for the various activites they do.
