sad, angry, and want to vomit
I saw a dog get killed when I was driving home from work. It tried to run in the road and I stopped in time. It stopped and then ran happily, wagging it's tail across the road, when some speeding car hit it. It was the worst "thud" I've ever heard. I did a u-turn and stopped the car to check. Yes, I was crying on the side of the road to check on the dog. I just couldn't sleep tonight if I thought it might be suffering with a broken leg and no help. Yup, he died instantly. He didn't have a collar on (I'm thankful I didn't have to make that phone call). Yes, I see death at work from time to time, buy I've never seen something go from so alive and happy to dead in a split second. I'm so disturbed by this.

Aw thats terrible!!
I cried at having to leave puppies at the pound and petpad (We were just visiting, not dropping off). I would have balled if I were in your situation. Animals have a really really soft spot in my heart.
I'm sure he's up in doggie heaven (because yes, all dogs go to heaven)

Oh geez. I'm sorry. I really hate seeing an innocent animal hurt. I hit a frog the other morning and felt bad about that!
