F/U to Electricity. bill

ladies,

Washer/Dryer and stove work with gas. We use one computer when we get home untill 11pm and then turn it off. During the day, only fridge is using electricity. No heater, no AC, we were away in Apr so did only 2 loads of wash.

Could you confirm that you have Supply charge in addition to Delivery charge?
TIA
WR

Re: F/U to Electricity. bill

  • Mine electric bill is a little different because our electricity is supplied by two different companies (so that we get a discount/$ back through Upromise each month). But having a Supply and delivery charge sounds right.

You should just call ConEd to specifically go over your charges.

  • You should also confirm that this was based on an actual meter reading rather than an estimated reading.  Sometimes, when they can't get into the building to read the meter they (over)estimate.
