I'm not going to post a picture because it's not my kid, but one of my friends has posted pics of her little girl (1 yr old) with the most ridiculously huge bow I've ever seen on a kid. Seriously this thing could grace the top of a new car! It's bigger than her head. I'm not exagerating!
I'm all for bows but not bows that an entire family could hide behind. I don't understand how people think that looks cute!

and what makes it even worse, my heart breaks for that poor kid. She does have a great mom, I will give her that. But every.single.day her hair is pulled up in pigtails or something and it's so tight you can see the hair pulling the scalp, you know what I mean? I just want to take it out and massage her scalp for her!
I love putting pigtails and bows in E's hair, but usually only if we're going somewhere. For regular days or non-special events, I brush it and let it go!
Yes, I do. I always feel sorry for kids like that too. It gives me a headache when I wear a pony for too long; I know their little heads must hurt!

I will admit, Whitley seldom goes anywhere without some sort of clip in her hair, but it doesnt seem to bother her.. but if the clips did seem like they hurt her or she continuously pulled on them I wouldnt put them in.

Yeah, I put bows in Elise's hair a lot, or pigtails but I never put them tight and if she keeps trying to take it out, it stays out!
