My answers... the timing is a little questionable as middle school all just kind of blends together in my memories.
fave book? I cant remember exactly where I was at that point - either BSC, Fear Street, Laura Ingalls Wilder, or Little Women... nothing like a little variety.
fave tape/CD? I'm pretty sure the soundtrack to Cocktail, Bruce Springsteen - Born in the USA, and Debbie Gibson were all on rotation through my tape deck.
fave movie? either Goonies or Adventures in Babysitting - we watched both all the time
fave outfit? Nothing stands out as a favorite but I'm sure it involved leggings, slouch socks coordinated with whatever color shirt I was wearing and a matching scrunchie. Maybe by 10 I was over that it would have been '91, I dont know...

What was your favorite book? Always hated reading, so I didn't have one
What was your favorite band/tape/CD? I pretty much just listened to whatever my mom listened to in the car. I did have a favorite Muppets tape that got destroyed in our tape player and devastated me.
What was your favorite movie? I really can't even remember that far back, but probably something like Bambi
What was your favorite outfit? I can't remember anything in particular, but I wore a lot of white lace up Keds and Duckheads and Polos or big t-shirts

What was your favorite book? When I was 10 I was in fifth grade. I didn't start to get pretentious (Hemingway, Steinbeck) until sixth grade, so it was probably still like The Babysitter's Club or something.
What was your favorite band/tape/CD? I was (and, actually, am) really into oldies. There are a lot of one-hit wonders there, so it would be hard for me to pick a band, but we had a tape of like surfin' hits (Beach Boys, Trashmen) that I listened to a lot.
What was your favorite movie? My favorite movie was "Good Morning, Vietnam" for most of my childhood
until I realized what a creep Robin Williams is.
What was your favorite outfit? My mom tried to dress me like her (so, a middle aged woman). I did have one sweatshirt I remember loving--a girl talking on the phone and it was all cartoony and sparkly. Ironically, I hated talking on the phone.
