We got it! I don't remember if I posted an update or not. We countered the bank's counter (LOL), and they accepted it! We were shocked. Really did not anticipate them being willing to go that low, but they did!
The house needs a lot of work, but it's all cosmetic. Right now we're working with our lender to get the loan finalized.
The inspection is tomorrow morning. Not sure when the appraisal will be.
Should close no later than June 30th.
And our current home goes on the market June 1st! So much to do!
