As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. For Mother's Day Joe and Lo took me out to eat at Outback. I had my phone out and had Yo Gabba Gabba on for Lo to keep her occupied. We ate, paid the bill - I waited for the check to come back to sign and Joe went to Lo loaded in the car.
Now I've told y'all I'm OCD so when I got up from the table.. I walked a few steps turned back to make sure I didn't forget anything... walked a few more steps and turned back again.
We got down the road on our way to James Avery for my MD present and I realized I didn't have my phone. I told Joe - I couldn't find my phone and to call it, so I could hear it. Some M'fer picked up my phone and we could hear it rattling in their pocket !!!
We went back to Outback and they searched the busboys... even went as far as checking the busboy whos station was our tables car.
Some lowlife m'fer took my phone off the table !!! Just that fast.
Yeah. We had to come out of pocket 299 for a new iPhone !! and I didn't even get anything from James Avery !
I was PISSED. well i'm still pissed.

This and If this person needed a iphone so bad they should go buy one instead on stealing someone else. I would have called the manager ASAP.
This same thing happened to me with my MyTouch, at Babies R Us of all places. And the sad thing is, we think it was the guy that was helping us look for it. He kept say things like "oh yeay, that phone, my daughter has been asking me for one for months", "oh, i bet some teenager snagged it". He just rubbed us wrong. I was livid to think that someone would just take someone elses property.
I was glad I paid for the insurance. I had a new one in 3 days. But I'm still mad about it!
