Anyone going to the Nascar race this weekend?
DH and I are going with a group of people, but I don't know what to expect. Is it going to be super crowded and insane? Should we expect traffic to be a nightmare?

Been several times to CMS for the race and my car shows. I know that track inside and out!
Traffic is a nightmare, the SHP has no clue how to direct traffic! Best way to come in is 40 and go out is 29.
Also check to see where you are sitting and park accordingly. CMS is huge and we've made the mistake of parking on the opposite side.
Hat and sun block are a plus but it gets cool at night so you might want to plan for that too.
