How is everyone today?
Finally Friday! I've got a lot to do today just not at work. I wish I could take the whole day off. I have an interview at 1 so I'm anxious for that. This has been such a slow week for me...glad it's finally over!

Good morning.
I'm ok today. It's friday so that's nice of course. Last night MH and I test drove a few trucks. I honestly think if one of them had a lighter interior he would have bought it. He was so cute though - he doesn't want to get his new truck until I get my new car. Apparently he feels guilty that he might get a new car before me (in all honesty, I have my cousin searching for the car I want so it's not like it's a huge deal - he'd probably buy his and I'd get mine a month later).
Good morning! I'm so happy it's Friday! I'm home today with D who seems to be running a fever of 101.2 but still playing like a champ.

Mandy - when MH got his car we ended up getting my new car the month after. He felt bad he got this brand new car when really I wanted the new car so I could fit a carseat in it if we got pregnant (I had a 2 door Civic) so we both had brand new cars
We are going to get rid of MH's old truck to get him a new one. I'm actually keeping my SUV - I want a car instead of an SUV but I have to have 4 wheel drive here so since my Explorer is paid off I decided to buy an additional car. I'm going to get a Lexus Hybrid. I'm soooo excited about it.

I'm excited for the warmer weather that's coming. I kind of wish we could have eased into the near 90 temps rather than going from 60/70 to high 80's. Beggers can't be choosers, right?
David will be itnteresting with shorts this year. The one day it was warm enough to wear them he kept trying to pull them down to fit like pants. It was pretty amusing.
Another David story, he waved good bye to us today. Normally, that's not a big deal at all but he was standing in the window on his own saying bye (he looked so sad with his little hand bending at the writst to say bye). I told him I had to go to work and Daddy too and he said all sadly "ok mommy, see you later"

Nice! And good idea to keep your 4 wheel drive with all the snow/ice you guys get and being up on the mountain.
I'm so happy it's FRIDAY! I love having my hubs home on the weekends and it's suppose to be a beautiful one! it was already mid 70's on my way to work this morning. We grilled in the backyard yesterday and we may do it again tonight, I love our back yard - this is our first full summer in the house and I can already see how much use it's going to get.

I'm jealous Mandy - I want a Lexus RX hybrid - but def not in the budget anytime soon.
You'll have it someday! I'm sure of it! I'm looking at the HS mostly (it's the smallest version). I might move up to the GS but I'm not certain that I would like it as much.
We have a GS and love it. My Mom does too. Blair drives it mostly, but when he is traveling and I don't have the kids with me I take it.
I have a long weekend in front of me. I just want to get through tomorrow. My Mom and I have been dreading it for months now.
