Crazy neighbor just got crazier...

if that's even a word!

So when I got home from work today DH was mowing the lawn. Afterwards he comes inside and tells me our crazy neighbor came over to him and told him he missed a spot. In truth, DH did miss a chunk in front because he forgot the landline is at the well, not the tree. So then we see said crazy neighbor out back walking in our yard and see him putting sticks in the ground. He put sticks on the landline! They are not small sticks either, lol. Apparently he decided DH did not cut close enough to the landline, I looked and there is seriously like a 2 in. gap, not a huge deal. What a d!ck! They finally reduced the price on their overpriced house so I'm really hoping it sells soon and we can be rid of them!

  • Wow, talk about crazy! I would be putting up a fence if I were you...

  • Hee hee, I agree, a fence might be in order.  Sending ::crazy neighbor moves:: vibes that he sells fast and you get a lovely new neighbor that you guys can be friends with!  Your current one sounds like he has a little extra time on his hands.
  • Believe me, I would love to put a fence up. Before buying a house that was one of the things we looked forward to most, mostly just because of the dogs. Now I want a fence to keep the neighbor out! haha.

I know it would really p!ss them off too because it would obstruct the view from the side windows of the ugly addition they put on the back of their house, hehehe. Alas, a fence is just not in the budget right now. We still need some things around the house and new gutters before we can save up for a fence.

  • PLEASE tell me DH didn't go back out and mow the area he missed.  If I were him I'd say to hell with it and let that area alone just to tick the neighbor off more.
  • He did Embarrassed He did wait a few hours before doing it though. The front part needed to get done, but I wouldn't have cared if he didn't go over the backyard because it was only a couple inches.

  • Wow.  That guy needs to get a life!  If we had a neighbor did that, DH is a little stinker and would probably "miss" two feet away from the landline sticks next time he mowed.
