So I fell in love today....
....with a house that's about 800 miles away. DH and I want to move to NC so bad, it's kind of killing us. We know we can't right now, it's just not possible because of our financial situation. We need to pay down some debt first and then build up his credit score.
But today, I started looking at houses just to humor myself, which I should have NEVER done. I fell in love with something that's just not going to happen right now! It's a beautiful house in Raleigh, NC, just what I've always dreamed of and pretty affordable considering its location. But again, it's not happening now. Maybe in about 5 years another dream house will come on the market there and by that time, everything should be straightened out!
Anyway, enough ranting, how's everyone's weekend coming along?

I'm sure that in 5 years, you will be able to find another house that will be just as wonderful. Who knows, maybe the person who buys it now will be interested in selling later!
DH has been working a ton and all he's wanted to do is sleep. He got home from work, took a two hour nap. We went for an early dinner/late lunch, came home and he took a nap. We went for a short walk and to get a movie, watched less than a half hour of it, and now he's gone to bed. I think he's napped more than been awake at home today.
Tomorrow we need to get DH's car looked at and errands. Boo.
Just know that whenever you guys are ready to look for a house in NC, you will find your dream home and probably for an even better price.
This weekend is going well. DH and I walked around and listened to some music on Friday. Yesterday, I went to a baby shower where no one knows I'm pregnant but everyone kept asking when are DH and I going to start trying. LOL
Today, I feel exhausted (nothing new) so I'm going to rest and make dinner for DH when he gets home from work.
I fell in love with a house last fall that we couldn't afford, and it sold. =[ I just keep telling myself there will be something better out there when we start looking again this fall!
This weekend's been interesting; hubby's pretty sick still, but we got a kitty! I'm about to AW that one. ;-)
