Y'all! I have arm muscles!

So I started the 30 day shred at the beginning of May and I'm on level 3 now.

I have muscles in my arms that have never been there! It's awesome! Also, my arm fat is gone. I used to have a little pudge when I put my arms down by my sides, but not anymore! Whoot!

I'll be glad when it's over though. Working out every.single.day is getting old. 

I just have to make sure I keep doing some strength training on my own, and I might pull the shred out from time to time b/c it's a good workout.

  • Nice!  I've been doing the shred every other day (running on the off days) for the past couple weeks and have started noticing a bit of difference. I need to go buy the DVD, though, b/c on demand only has level 1 and it's been feeling easy the past couple times. They used to rotate which levels were on it, but I guess not anymore. I don't think I could do it everyday, though, my bod doesn't do well w/ doing the same thing 2 days in a row.

    Terp, I've been doing it every day and trying to run every other. I think that's why I'm getting so burnt out. My runs have been really sporadic though b/c we've been getting a lot of rain lately. 

    I got the DVD for $9 at walmart. It'd definitely been worth the investment.
