Foodies: Rosemary ?
I have a bunch of rosemary but don't what to do with it besides rosemary chicken. What other recipes do you have or uses for it?

You can use it w/ lemon and orange roughy for a nice baked roughy in the oven.
I also use it to make Rosemary New Potatoes. Basically quarter the potatoes, cover w/ a bit of olive oil and sea salt and minced garlic. Bake at 425 for about 20 minutes. Stir in rosemary and bake another 10 minutes. Very yummy! (You can add the rosemary earlier too...it just gets crispier but your choice.)
I have a huge rosemary bush in my backyard but I don't use it nearly as much as I should.
- You can get the harder woody stems, remove the 'leaves' and use them as skewers on the grill
- toss veggies (I like zucchini, squash, eggplant, onion, asparagus, mushrooms, sweet potatoes, regular potatoes, etc) in olive oil and season w/ salt, pepper, and freshly chopped rosemary. Roast or grill.
- I don't know what your rosemary chicken entails, but this one is my favorite. So yummy.
