they had baby tutus there for 8.50...
about how much does it cost to make one homemade?? the ones there have sparkles and flowers on them. they are very cute

Thats a good price!
It depends on the size you want, but it costs about that for the tulle. (I use elastic ladies headbands for the waist part). Cheaper if I would just buy a 25 yard spool (about $4-$5).
The ones I made I got the tulle at walmart for 2.00 a yard and I used about a yard in each tutu. I also used elastic that I got at walmart in the sewing section which I think was a couple bucks for the package and I have made 3 tutus out of it so far and have some left.
So it maybe cost me 2.50
