Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Nothing to report on my friend Francis just yet. As soon as I know more I'll update you girls.
Had a foot in mouth moment today. One of the RNs I work with and his wife had IVF done and were expecting twins 3 weeks after baby JB is expected. I ran into him today (and brightly asked about his wife and the twins) and found out that a week ago Sunday (at 23 weeks 2 days) his wife's water broke and she had to have an emergency c-section (she had already been on bed rest and had a cerclage about 2 weeks earlier). One of the babies died and the other is in NICU with a feeding tube, fungal infection, cranial hemorrhage and a couple other things I'm sure I've forgotten. I feel so awful for them.
So I'm asking for some awesome Novembie love for my friend Jack, his wife and baby Noah. I know it can do some powerful things.
