Memorial day weekend- cookout menus?
So the IL's are coming over this weekend to grill out with us. We are doing burgers and hot dogs (with all the fixings). Im making baked beans and deviled eggs. I think Im going to make an easy dessert- something like cookies/brownies.
DH asked that his sisters and mom bring some stuff too (salads, sides, etc).
So, should I make anything else?

Oh yeah, thats a good idea...b/c I know the IL's will show up early! Have any dips suggestions?
are you going to be outside or inside??
Im hoping outside, but they are complainers and super annoying so they will probably be in and out of the house.
This is a super yummy fruit dip, but you could also make these cinnamon chips to go with it:

I've made this twice for large gatherings, and it always goes fast. It's easy to make, but it tastes like I put a lot of effort into it.

That sounds great! Thanks
Could I make these ahead of time (the day before), or will they get stale?

i was going to suggest a spinach dip also
we make something around here called crack dip....cream cheese, rotel, and hamburger meat. it is similar to rotel dip but cream cheese replaced the velveta.
