still trying to figure this out. Thought I wanted to be a SAHM, but recently realized that may not be the best career path for me.

I was a knottie before I got married--for about 10 months before my wedding. I became an NC Nestie about a year and a half to two years after the wedding. I can't believe I've been posting here for 3 years? That doesn't seem correct....hmm

Do you ever miss wedding planning? No, but that's because I'm in a similar industry now. I did go through major withdrawal before I got my current job.
Do you have furbabies? If so, how many and what? I have one "blue" boy cat named Shadow who is an inside/outside cat.

Do you ever miss wedding planning? Yeah, I do. It was fun, but I don't miss spending the money on the planning. I'm now merging my DIY wedding creativity to crafts around the house.
Do you have furbabies? If so, how many and what? Oh yes! We currently have 1 permanent Dog : Lucy the Basset, 1 cat : Gir & our most recent addition is Harriet the Hedgehog.
We will continuously have a Lab though (we may take a short break after our current) but we raise pups for GEB -Guiding Eyes for the Blind- Our current is Timmy and our Last was Gwenyth (I miss her so much)

Do you ever miss wedding planning? A little bit, although I have several friends getting married this year so I've been able to help them with their weddings. I don't think I want to actually plan a whole wedding- that was stressful and time-consuming- but I like looking at wedding-y stuff.

I made the leap to the nest at the beginning of this year. I started posting then, which has had its ups and downs. Not on this board, but on other topic boards. Some boards make you feel terrible for commenting if you are not in a particular circle or from a particular ideology. I hate that; it made me feel like I was in high school, and I stopped posting because of it. I just started back today, and I hope I am not shunned for my opinion this time. I moved over 4 hours away from home, and I find this medium a good outlet for homesickness!

Do you ever miss wedding planning? I have not had time to do that because my sister-in-law recently got engaged, as well as a close friend. I have been helping them. I find helping with other weddings to be more fun.
Do you have furbabies? If so, how many and what? Not right now. Maybe in the next year. I want a small dog. We live in a small downtown apartment, so a small dog would work best for us.
