How bad is this?
I put TWO green tea bags in hot water with sugar. Is it bad that I double the tea bags? I just want some extra "oomph" in my drink.

I think it would be much worse to drink a monster sized energy drink.
In the realm of things, I don't consider that very bad at all.

That's what I was thinking. Just felt kind of bad how I'm making it more "potent" for some reason.. And just one bag of splenda (which I know probably isn't good either)..
DH loves splenda too. I eat enough imitation things since I can't digest milk, so I stick to real sugar
Are you avoiding caffeine for a reason or just preference?
