F/U: T&P needed

Okay, well we finally got word back and it is good news!

Background:  I received a phone call on Sunday from my father who was crying (he never cries so this was immediately alarming).  He wanted to tell me something that my mom didn't want me to find out yet.  It seems as she was having pains and her doctor sent her for an ultrasound.  They told her the doctor would call her back in 3-5 days with any results.  Two hours after the ultrasound, her doctor called saying that there were masses and she may have ovarian cancer (which is one of the deadliest forms of cancer for women since it's usually not detected until it's too late) but they wanted her to take a blood test.   She went Friday for a new blood test that is able to determine if she indeed had cancer.  Well the test results came back today and *thankfully* it's not cancer.  She's going to have to have surgery still to remove her ovaries (she had a hysterectomy when I was born but her doctor left them) no matter what but I am so relieved!

Thank you all for your T&P... it really meant a lot to me to know I had your support!
