Biitch of the office
I just mentioned how hot it is up here already and it's only 10 of 11 in the morning. (It's over 90 degrees already). I just simply told the president what happened yesterday and how I felt and BL gets pissy and says "Sheri, it's really not that bad up here, I'd rather be hot than cold".
Seriously, I'm not dealing with this today. Plusalso M told me last night that anything over 95 degrees is considering unsafe (or something) working conditions.
Yes, I'm whining today and no I do not want cheese with it tyvm.

Seriously, it is. I would have to leave. I can't breath properly when the air is hot and stuffy. I would have a panic attack because when it makes feel claustrophobic (weird, I know).
That is my exact issue (aside from the headache I got too).

There really aren't laws...but you might be able to qualify for work-caused stress or disability!

Yes, I am now fully aware there aren't any laws about working in excessive heat. They basically just tell you to make sure you stay hydrated and take care of yourself.
A vendor of ours just came in and said something, and BL basically told him we'd rather be in the heat than have no job. Then when I told her I was going to work downstairs so told me there is no open desks that I need to stay up here, cause she's a douche like that.
But, there is a light at the end of the tunnel, the AC guy is finally here and is going over what needs to be redone and fixed to get ti working properly.
Bullsh!t. I bet if the heat wasn't working during the winter and she was cold she'd be the first one in line to b!tch about it.
I'd tell her to remember that when she had to call EMS b/c you pass out from heat exhaustion/heat stroke. That's flucking ridiculous.
