Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. ugh, i wish a trainer would move in with me and force me out of bed at 5am to work out. i can't force myself...too lazy & i like sleep too much
jillian: if you're listening, feel free to move in with DH & i and kick our butts. we may not need to lose drastic amounts of weight, but 15-20lbs sure would do the job and we're too lazy to do it ourselves!

haha I feel like she's already moved into my house with the shred.
whenever she says "come on, a couple more!" I scream at the tv "its not a couple more! a couple is two! this is ten!!!"
I KNOW! Right in the middle of the DVD, "Just a couple more!" And I fall for it every time, I'm like "Sweet!" But today I counted and it was eight more. Grrrr.

haha I watch the seconds on my DVD player to make sure she really only does workouts for a minute! Ugh it feels like soooo much longer. And the one that really gets my blood boiling is "chop chop ladies, chop chop". Chop, chop her.
or what about "I can use a good chest fly in my life"
or...."it's starting to hurt now, isn't it? ISN'T IT??"
I wonder this too. The chest flies always seem short but those side lunges with raising the weights up... those seem way longer.
