As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Skeptical of this "good" news.
It is crappy Wednesday, afterall. Wonder what is going to go wrong? 
I just heard from my realtor that after the bank reviewed the BPO, they decided to go back to the seller and ask them to come up with an undisclosed (to me) amount to bring to closing.
We are waiting to hear back confirmation that she can come up with the money (apparently she is OK with it, now its just a matter of her coming up with the funds). My realtor said we could know as early as this afternoon/evening.
So instead of counter-offering our offer, they went back to the seller. I like that. 
But I know things never go the way they are "supposed to" so I'm trying not to get my hopes up too much. But squee, the house could really be ours.
