As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

I went to therapy today and the PT asked me why I was still wearing the boot? I told him he didn't tell me to take it off. So he suggested wearing the boot half a day and my sneakers for the rest of the day!!
Oh it feels weird/great with two shoes on that match!!!

OMG today he was pushing on the ankle REALLY hard and I said "Oh Jesus". He replied quickly with - "You don't have to call me Jesus". Which in turn made me laugh. Boy he is tough on me when it somes to 'stretching', but he is still a hottie no matter how much he hurts me.
