F/U to The Case for a Creator

A few weeks ago I posted and asked if anyone had read the book.  I ended up buying, but have been sidetracked by The Book Thief.  I decided to cheat and got the documentary from Netflix.... And I am not convinced.  The author pointed out flaws in a lot of widely accepted scientific theories, such as Darwinism.  I don't feel like he said much else.  The entire theme through out the documentary/book was that there is a lot that science can't prove, so the only logical explanation is there is a God.  To me, that is not proving anything.

I may still read the book if I finish The Book Thief early, but if it's just like the documentary I probably won't.  I thought the documentary was a little disappointing.   I guess I was expecting concrete facts, not the lack of science as proof.

  • Interesting! I was wondering how it was, so thanks for posting! It doesn't sound like the author really proved God's existence...was that his intention, or was it just to debunk scientific theories?
