Today's confession...
I lost the inside button to my slacks, the hook keeps popping open, and the zipper keeps unzipping. I've had to find surrepetitious ways of correcting this all day.
Hopefully my new 1.6 mi walks every morning will do a body good!
Speaking of do a body good, did you hear about the "chocolate milk diet?"

Re: Today's confession...
I am trying my darnedest to fit in to my pre pregnancy pants...not working so good...I can button them, but I hear that button screaming at me and my muffin top to let it open up!!
So, this chocolate milk diet...if your not exercising can you just drink it all the time and it will have the same effect?!?!? LOL That would be pretty awesome if it did!
I think I'm gonna try it and I will let you girls know how it works...Also, can I use ovaltine That should make it even better since it has vitamins and stuff LOL
I could definitely do this diet! I LOVE chocolate milk.

then again, I hear a lot of people drink choc milk after a workout-it's supposed to be a good post-workout thing!
PB&J and chocolate milk is one of my all time favs!!!
