Wellness Wednesday, a day late

Ladies, How is everyone doing? I am going to be honest. I am so stressed right now trying to lose weight for the wedding that I just feel mentally burned out. I'm trying to eat right and trying to exercise, but I'm not sure that I am eating enough each day. I am still losing weight but it is not going as well as I had hoped and I only have a month until my wedding.

  • STRESSED!  I'm still in Austin, my house is 60% packed up, we still don't have a place to live in CH (though will by the end of the week), still waiting for an address to schedule the movers, annnnnnd all I know is we'll be moving out there in the next week or two. Sigh.
  • I am a complete slacker!  Sorry about not posting yesterday!

    I have been doing pretty well.  I lost 2 pounds this week and am on track (so far) to lose again this week.  I'm really trying to concentrate on eating at home since we normally eat out a ton.

    My summer classes have been a bit hectic and are cutting into my exercise, but I'm hoping that I'll be able to get back on track very soon!

    This last week's weight loss really recharged me mentally.  I'm hoping I'll be able to stay motivated for a while.

  • This week has been pretty good. I went to a spin class on Monday night, walked 2 miles last night and I'm doing spin tonight. I still need to get my eating habits back on track, but I'll save that until after Memorial Day. I'm going to attempt to start June off right.
  • Don't stress out feisty. I know your soon to be H will be thrilled to see you walking towards him, regardless of your wedding day weight, he'll just see his radiant & glowing bride.

    I worked out a lot on Friday and used that as an excuse to not work out all weekend, which wasn't good. I went for a somewhat short run on Monday, shoveled gravel on Tuesday, and did a P90X workout yesterday, so I guess that's alright.  I'm going for another run today. As usual, I ate crappy.

  • I was doing so well... till this weekend... blah! I ate more fried food in two days than I did in the last month! I weighed in Tuesday and I hadn't changed from the week before, so I guess that's not awful considering my crappy eating habits. I'm trying to do well during this week so I can splurge a little at the beach this weekend!
  • i went to spin class last night. i really look forward to going, instead of dreading to work out. and i renewed my gym membership for another year while i was there. then i went to dinner w/ DH and had a huge burger, fries, beer and a milkshake Surprise
