Ooops!
DH and I switched cars today, and I hit his side mirror on the side of the garage while pulling out this morning. It's not bad, but he is going to be super annoyed when he sees it.

I "oops" all the time. Last night I got all the ingredients for my dinner tonight. Started layering the ziti only to realize I had forgotten cheese. Poor DH had to run to the store for me.

Luckily the mirror was on a hinge, so it flipped it back. But it did scrape up the front and side of it pretty bad. I'll buff it before he gets home and maybe he won't notice...
I'm glad you started the dinner last night! You would have been stressed out if it had been an hour before the party (or it would have turned into a pizza party).
Not all that recent, but about 2 weeks ago I left the stove on; the back burner, on low heat (gas). It was on all night.
I was really annoyed at myself, b/c I'm the type that has to make sure that everything is off/shut/locked prior to going to bed.
Last Thursday, one of my coworkers asked me to step into a conference to explain something to the customer. I walked in, he looked at me and said, "This is how it is, b!tch." Or so I heard! He swears up and down he said "miss" and CW *thinks* he said miss but it sounded like b!tch. After he said that, I started to throw him out of the office. He had the most puzzled look on his face and wanted to know what he said wrong! Ooops.

I'm pretty sure I busted the DVD drive on my new work computer.
We have to take the laptops off their docking stations and lock them away each night. As I was doing so yesterday, my finger bumped the DVD thing opening it just as I was putting it in the drawer. Things were bent and cracked. It doesn't shut right now. Fantastic.
Doesn't help that this is the second time since March that I've had a work computer issue. In March a week old laptop stolen. Now I've had this replacement for <1 month and I busted a drive.
